I have worked as a business writer since 1994 in many industries and disciplines. User manuals, troubleshooting, technical documentation, procedural documentation, best practices, white papers, business process methodologies, help desk scripts—you name it, I can do it.
Over the years I have worked with Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers, AT&T, Bank of American, Discover, JPMorgan Chase, and many other financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies.
